What you'll be doing
- To serve food & beverage to our guests in a designated dining setting
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to our guests in accordance to hotel standards
- Assist to ensure a smooth operation and achieve a high level of customer service within the restaurant
- Assigns seats, taking orders and recommending dishes and beverages
- Responsible for all work assignments related to the nature of F&B service
- To perform any duties assigned by the Hotel Management Team deemed necessary
What we're looking for
- Holder of diploma or above in Hotel and Catering Operations or related discipline
- Minimum 1-year western cuisine experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
